 The JPF Group Annual Awards

The JPF Group (Including The Automatic Door Company) hosted our traditional annual awards ceremony at The Village Hotel, Bromborough on Friday 14th December 2018.

The awards recognised all members of the JPF workforce and their achievements over the past 12 months. The workforce was split into 3 departments with each award having a winner from the Office, Factory and Engineers department.

The 4 different award categories gave us the opportunity to crown JPF’s Top cool calm and collected, top spirit, most valuable team player (MVTP) and happy camper award.

The winners are as followed..

Cool calm and collected award

During the most hectic times of the year, every company has one employee who seems utterly unphased by the fast-paced nature of work. This individual remains calm, cool, and collected at all times, no matter how stressful the day or how difficult the client.

Spirit Award

This award is given to the individual who most embodies company culture, they believe in the company and always strive for the success of the company. Quite simply they are JPF and ADC through and through!!

Most Valuable Team Player (MVTP)

Your go-to person who you always turn to for help and support. An employee who goes out of their way to help and support other colleagues within any aspect of the company, somebody who is approachable by all employees’ and gives 100% team effort on every occasion

Happy Camper Award

The Happy Camper Award is given to an employee who never fails to have a smile on his or her face. They’re jovial, encouraging, supportive, and friendly. Quite simply, they make work a better place.

As well as honouring our individual award winners, we also celebrated our staff members who have stuck with the company for 5, 10 and 15 years!

We appreciate all your hard work and commitment over the years and we look forward to many more!
