The JPF team have voted and we are delighted to announce that we have chosen Alder Hey Children’s Charity as our charity of the year for 2018.

Alder Hey is the busiest children’s hospital in the UK caring for over 275,000 young patients each year. Alder Hey provides routine care, referred care and highly specialist care, ensuring all patients have access to world leading specialists. They continue to provide remarkable care with the same excellence and dedication that they’ve done for almost 100 years.

Alder Hey Children’s Charity raises funds to support the hospital’s pioneering work and aims to improve the quality of life for not only the young people they see each year, but through innovations and research, the quality of life for children in hospitals across the world. Without the support of charitable donations from their fantastic supporters, many of the outstanding facilities and innovations at Alder Hey could not be achieved.

We’re keen to support a charity who make a real difference to our local community and help save the lives of thousands of children across the UK. Many of the JPF employees have experienced the fantastic support Alder Hey Children’s Charity provides and are excited to help raise money to give back to the charity who supported them and their families during hard times.

Since October 2013, over £22m has been raised for a range of life-saving medical equipment and facilities that are making a real difference to families every day.
